By booking or using any services provided by Clean Canvas ("we", "us", "our"), you ("the customer", "you") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all pressure washing services provided by us, including but not limited to driveway cleaning, patio cleaning, roof cleaning, wall cleaning, and related services.
1.2 We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website or upon request.
2.1 Roof & Loft Inspection Requirement
Before any roof cleaning service is undertaken, the customer is solely responsible for inspecting their loft and roof structure. This includes ensuring the integrity of the roofing structure, identifying any pre-existing damage, and confirming the roof is fit for cleaning.
2.2 By proceeding with our roof cleaning services, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for ensuring the roof and loft are in suitable condition for pressure washing.
3.1 While we take every precaution during our services, we will not be held liable for any pre-existing damage to tiles, roof materials, or structures.
3.2 We are not liable for broken, loose, or dislodged tiles that are already cracked, damaged, or structurally compromised prior to cleaning.
3.3 If damage occurs as a result of existing weaknesses or undetected pre-existing faults, you agree to hold us harmless for such occurrences.
3.4 We recommend customers take photographs or video evidence of the roof before cleaning commences for their records.
4.1 The customer agrees to provide adequate access to water, electricity (if needed), and clear access to the work area.
4.2 All pets, vehicles, garden furniture, and valuables should be moved or secured prior to commencement of work. We are not responsible for any damage to items not removed or protected by the customer.
5.1 All work is weather dependent. We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule services due to adverse weather conditions.
5.2 If we are delayed due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible to arrange a new service date.
6.1 Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.2 Late payments may be subject to additional charges or interest as allowed by law.
7.1 You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no charge.
7.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
8.1 We carry public liability insurance appropriate for the services we offer. Documentation is available upon request.
8.2 All work is carried out by trained staff using professional-grade equipment and safety procedures.
9.1 Any issues or complaints must be raised within 48 hours of service completion.
9.2 We will work to resolve complaints fairly and promptly, but cannot be held responsible for issues arising from conditions outside of our control or from customer failure to meet responsibilities outlined herein.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
